When this happens, are you starting to dream that you are racing?
Seeing a doctor will probably be a waste of money. If you are really concerned, maybe you can search for some info on the net. Maybe try http://www.webmd.com/ or google.com

If you were a lot older I would suspect you have R.L.S. - --Restless Leg Syndrome. I wouldn't worry about unless it kept you awake most of night. There are new medications for this but you certainly wouldn't want to start on that road unless it was severe, and interrupting your sleep patterns to the point of disrupting your life.

go to the gym and do some squats... your legs will be so tired and wore out, they won't twitch for nothing!

Guys please go to the Dr. and often. Age doesn't matter, young or getting up there.

They are pretty smart cats and can do you a world of good.
I hadn't been in years either and finally had to go because I couldn't breathe while eating.

I have 7 tumors in my throat now. and its under control through radiation.

Please don't be a hardhead like me.

Just saw the doctor on Friday for loss of strength in my left arm and twitching in my arm/chest. They referred me to a neurologist. Suspect some nerve issue (pinched/blocked).

Good luck,
~Rob

Offroad, where do you carry your wallet? If it is a back pocket, sitting on it while driving can cause a leg, nerve problem. Seeing the doc not a bad thing once a year.

I have the same problems with my legs at night. has to do with stress the Dr told me. He gave me some meds.. *And hey there is a commercial on the TV for RLS (restless leg syndrome) Sounds like they have a new med called "Requip"* .... Anyways I tried the med the Dr. gave me and it helped, without a doubt. It really sucks whne you cant fall asleep at night, with RLS. Hope you and the Doctor can find a solution.. Good Luck
