I was thinking that too. I'm also thinking the high content of phosphoric acid in coke makes for a quick reaction. I haven't even tried the mentos trick, I was just reading about it in FHM or Maxim the other day and they recomended 4 mentos for a 2 liter.

I'd like to try to slip a mentos into the boss lady's Mountain Dew if I can only get the cap on quick enough

Another trick they had was for making a pickle glow like a light bulb. Place the pickle on a fire proof surface and stick a fork in each side. Find an electrical cord and place banana clips on each side. Connect each banana clip to a fork then plug er in and watch the pickle glow

They said you could actually cook food like this too, but I have a microwave =P

**Note please use the proper precations and don't electrictricute yourself or burn your house down**

How about some Mentos in an icecube tray? Should give you plenty of time to administer the mentos to a soda and get the lid on.....

I was not here and I didnt say it....

Some of you may be familiar with the chemical heat packs supplied with MRE's. You are supposed to add a bit of water to generate enough heat to warm up your meal.

Enclose one of the heaters in a plastic bottle, add water, shake, and BOOM.

Use diet coke instead, VERY BIG BOOM. (the military police didn't think it was funny)_

One quick note. Make sure the "fancy" ice cubes will fit through the opening of the jug the liquid is in. Be kinda frustrating sitting there scratching your head trying to figure out the size problem after the fact.
