The best to get here is frozen. That stuff under the counter has been frozen, then thawed AT LEAST once. The already frozen stuff just goes through the process once, and keeps fresher, longer that way. Although, not a lot of choices that way.

I'm going out there on the 20th of this month. If I thought it'd survive the trip I'd bring some back for you. Nothing worse than mushy, half-spoiled seafood tho.

Scallops, which are my favorite, are absolutely AWFUL after they've been frozen. And I don't think clams CAN be frozen.

Anytime I've gone to the gulf to visit my grandpa I've always bought a few pounds of fresh shrimp and mahi. I get it on the last day i am there and keep it on ice in my cooler for the trip back to indiana. Spoiled seafood....

I find if I fluff the pillows for the guys at the start of my shift, they'rer less inclined to get up, or toss and turn in the night and I don't have to deal with them.

Give the natives what they want before they know they want it. They may complain about it at first, but they get use to the treatment and then you can threaten to take it away to keep them in check.

Night Matt.

Just got home from school! busy learning.

Been a busy few days. Went up north this past weekend. Yah, the deer died. Just a doe, about 125 lbs. Oh well. Thing just darted out in front of me.

Anyway, just relaxing now.

Is that like some kind of strange Yankee Gumbo?

Morning Everyone,

Fresh round of caffeine fortified beverages on. Not a whole lot kickin on the pipeline, job about to finish up, then its job search time.

Over to Chaiwka for your history and more than likely a smidgin of verbal judo.

Scott - - if you ever make it to Nova Scotia, be sure to hit Digby area. They are reknown for their scallops - - wow - - huge and lucious. They fix them every way you can think up there.

Morning gang - - heading out to do some trimming before the lawn people get here. They just don't get it right - - and I don't think I am teaching them very well. Might need to try someone else.

Grabbing some ph00 and I am gone. See ya later.

Bob
