Anyone figured out how to make this work yet? I have had the soundfile stored on my i880 phone for a year now but have not been able to turn it into a ringtone. The Nextel people cannot help me.

looks like nextyel is trying to make money on this one........ there seems to be a workaround......... you need a bluetooth dongle/ device tho


(PC) open bt> click on phone icon
(PC)click on objects icon
(PC)select file> send
PC & phone communicate
(phone)save file> open media center> card all
(phone)select file as ringtone> copies to phone
(phone)media center> phone all> lock file
