An apparent "Copy Cat Sniper" has killed three people in the Charleston West Viriginia this past week. They are being shot while shopping or fueling up ther vehicles.

This guy is some sort of hack,,his shots are 60-70yds on stationary targets. They'll catch his dumb behind very soon is my guess.

I would be happy to take this one out personally, but I suspect the local law enforcement would not appreciate me sitting on a rooftop with a spotting scope and my .50 bmg Barrett.

I hope Gonzo is right and they catch this wacko soon

Re:Copy Cat sniper

And what are we doing to the last group that did this stuff, arguing over where to have their trial instead of doing to them what they deserve. What kind of deterent is that I ask?

Barrett .50 real nice weapon , but I chose the Armalite AR50
& you're rite the police won't like that much but if you see a guy w/ rifle shooting someone while you were "cleaning your weapon" on the roof & you reached out & touched someone what are they to say ( when in doubt take 'em out )

Re:Copy Cat sniper

We're arguing about where to hold the trials because A) We don't have the parking at the Manassas Courthouse, nor at Fairfax Courthouse; and B) because we fought a pair of wars to get the right to hold fair trials. We don't summarily execute people in this country, no matter how heinous their crimes, because the Founding Fathers had a taste of that from the Brits.
Actually, there was very little argument about venue - both judges know that there's too much publicity in the DC Metro area to get an objective jury here - and having already held the Kasi and Bobbitt trials proved that there isn't enough parking.

Re:Copy Cat sniper

Maybe someone could leave him a bowl of anti-freeze to quench his thirst ;D.

Sorry, we are praying that this piece of crap is nailed quickly. I know and respect what the Founding Fathers had in mind, but I would still rather see Top accidently "reach out and touch someone" while he was was cleaning his rifle.....

Western justice alive an well in Wyoming.
