I hate to break this to you Lary, but someone already beat you to it:

Looks like its going to be a warmer day. I hope you all have a good one.

Mornin Folks,
Spent yesterday swapping an OHV 12.5 Briggs into another lawn tractor chassis. The deck wore out on the Craftsman and it was easier to swap the motors than find a replacement deck. Buddy of mine gave me a MDS with a 12 hp Briggs that had a busted rod, but the body is in great shape. I just have to figure out the charging system difference between the two. The 12hp only has one wire coming out from under the flywheel for DC going back to the battery and the 12.5 OHV has two wires. No big deal,,,,,, at least I was able to cut the field out back that hadn't been done for over two weeks. Anyone know if they make a baler attachment for a riding mower?

Question for some of you men out there. Why are there no grits or sweet tea in the north or the west? Some of those boys never had grits, collard greens, chow chow...how do they make it without? - JKE

What do you guys use the grits for? Here in Missouri we use them for wallpaper paste, patching plaster, things like that.

Well if we want sweet tea we put sugar in it, grits and greens are feed for livestock as for chow chow???? Isn't that the way you say goodbye in Italian??

Yes, sweet tea? Just put sugar in it.
Grits, thats how we buy sand paper around here.
chow chow is what barks in my neighbors back yard all night.

ahhh...come on...If you go out to eat, you have to add sugar to Ice cold tea...doesn't melt too good.

greens and grits for livestock...fair enough cause I LIKE the livestock...mmmmmmm beaf. But I like my greens and grits.

I'll let you figure out the chow chow on your own...get some pinto beans and cornbread to go with it...man it's good. You really should try it.

There's no place like home...right. - JKE

Mornin' all,
Its finally Friday. Woo hooo.
Hey JKE, I found the over here. Makin' a new pot now.
Going to the lease this weekend (unless Tropical Storm Ivan dumps too much rain in East Texas) to move feeders and blinds and stands. Less than 2 months 'til the season opens, gotta get that corn in them feeders.

Have a good one ya'll,
~Rob

Morning y'all,
Rolling out of here for a couple of days. Doing some training for a bunch of "gun bunnies" to get them ready to go to the range next weekend.
What's left of Ivan is giving us some badly needed rain, so I get to drive through that for about three hours.
Y'all be careful and I'll se youins Sunday.
