Conversion ?
We're working on a new project and I need some help. What we're doing is we are taking a 1985 GMC 3500 that currently has a 6.2L diesel in it, and we are wanting to drop an 89 Cummins 12 valve into it. Does anybody know where I can find an adapter plate to hook the engine to the current Muncie 4 speed that is in the truck. Thanks for any help.....*****
The adapter you are needing is original equipment on many step-vans built on GM chassis and powered by 4BT and 6BT Cummins.
It should be a Cummins part.
