concrete
There are a lot of unknowns to give a answer , an individual , a contractor , get done in a day or two , should be seams in something that large for future cracks to follow .
Never take the low bid , more often than not you'll be dissatisfied , with the job , the highest bid may get you the best job but you'll be dissatisfied with the price , so that leaves you in the middle .
One good person may do that in a day , what is the going hourly wage there ? $100 -200 a day , a contractor at least double the guys wages , but he's going to bring several to get done quicker and have a full days work , faster cost more .

If you get a contractor to do it we charge by the square foot so if I bring in 2 guys or 10 guys it is the same price. that is a fairly simple pour due to size I would ask for a few more expansion joints and the comtractor will probably machine finish it if it is allready preped concrete on job at 8 am the crew will be finished by 2 pm also ask for synthetic fiber added to the load
i did a 16-12 for 400 not long ago. Busted out 2 4x4 walkway slabs, dug the whole thing out, spread stone framed it laid expansion joints. I had 14 and change hours into it. I think that is a fair price your getting from that contractor, but we are in diff areas.
How thick? is it a patio/driveway?
EDIT: sorry I thought i read 30x60 foot, my bad.
But 500 for labor and he is providing the re-mesh AND cutting expansion joints is a deal. that's based on the 600 sq-ft of 20x30'

500 is a good price like I said earlier ask for the synthetic fiber it is between 5 to 10 dollars for a 1 lb bag you will need one bag per yard it will help out alot with the cracks especially if the contractor likes alot of water in his mix more water means less work but weaker concrete
$500 seems fair, especially if it needs to be wheelbarrowed in, then it's a real good deal.
Figure a slab like that will take 3-4 men 4-5 hrs to place and finish. Unless your the dude that poured my shop slab a few years back. He did a 26x28 slab by himself. Did a good job too.
He charged me $900, including bfill frost walls (inside garage), fine grade, form/pour concrete steps (3 ea, mono w/ slab), place/finish concrete, add fiber mesh at his cost (I bought the mud), and heat for 3 days (in the late fall, well below freezing at night).

Average is $100.00 per yard. $500.00 is a decent price. I personally would not add fiber to such a small pour. I usually pour 300+ yards at a time. Begin at 3:00 or 4:00AM around here. Finished by 10:00AM before its too hot. Make sure to saw cut your expansion joints the same day you pour the concrete.
Yep, that is a good deal. I recently built a 30x40 and the quotes i got for finishing the concrete was anywhere from $2,100 to $900. I finally talked a buddy into doing it for $600 but i did all the prep work.

I was at work at 3:30 this morning, small slab pour, only about 7500 sf, had mud on the ground at 4am. Building the San Juan CHama Water treatment plant here in ALbq.
WIsh I was done by 10am. I've got carpenter crews working until 4:30pm.
I pour concrete for a living ( my dads company ) I wouldn't touch it for that. I charge 4.00 sq. foot thats labor concrete everything. I poured and finished 13 tds in a driveway that was already formed and ready to go and charged 1,400
