Clay Bar?
Clay Bar?
I washed the truck up real good today and noticed the swirl marks are back in the paint again.
I just waxed it 2 weeks ago with two real good coats of wax but the swirl marks managed to come back through.
My question is, do those clay bars you see and hear about really work? If they do work how do you use one? Do you just rub it on over the paint or do you use a buffer? I've never tried one but I've got to do something to get rid of DC's paint swirls. >
Sorry for all the questions.

Re:Clay Bar?
"Clay-Bar" will remove impurities from the paint surface leaving it smoother than you ever thought it could be, but I don't think it will remove swirl marks.
It probably will take some kind of polish to do that.

Re:Clay Bar?
Zaino Brother's Z-5 Swirl Remover followed by a wax of your choice. In my case it would be Liquid Glass. Other than that, this is the only thing that touches my finish:
