well today during school me and my 2 friends decided to take his dads BMW out for a test drive and we were going a good speed into a turn and then the tires caught the middle of the road where the dirt was and then spun around and hit the ditch and then the car came back up out of the ditch but as it was comming out the frame caught the ridge in the ditch and flipped us 2-3 times then we landed on the roof, slid along the highway for about 100 feet then landed back onto the tires and went rear end first into the ditch, i am so glad we are all alive, none of us got seriously hurt, and in shock i made it back to school for 2 o-clock class and this acident happend at about 1:45, but ended up going home because of shock.

 

You're lucky to be alive-- thank God for giving you more time and be smarter in the future, man!

yeah i was in the back seat and couldent see the speed, but thankfully i believe in god and if something happend i know where ill go.

meh his dad said the car can be replaced not us, but i guess we will see what he says tomorrow haha, yeah id be in for that first gen meet, when would it be because i still only have my learners, but in march i get my N, but id be up for that, where u think it would be also?

Not to be a hard butt but this sounds like the cliche high school incident where a group of kids go out in dads performance car, speeds, looses control, flips and kills all of his friends. At least the later did not happen. Glad everyone is ok, but dang, if he was going the "speed limit" there would be no way a BMW would loose control in that situation, let alone go airborne and flip 3 times then skid 100ft on its lid followed by an endo.......

 

Yep - one of us gearheads died in high school in a 100mph crash during lunch... at least he just removed himself from the gene pool.

Yep. And Dad's the biggest dufus of the bunch for letting the teenager have the car in the first place. If he actually did.

 

back when i was in high school i went to BOCES and me and a bunch of my friends drove everyday there was usually a long stretch of highway w/o cars in the way, everytime i went down in my 2000 implala i would have the thing pegged as fast as it would go... one day i woke up and thought it was the stupidest darn thing i could ever do. needless to say (i dont have to tell you... ya kinda lernt the hard way) anyone who reads this and breaks even 90 MPH on a regular basis should prolly slow it down a bit. just my $.02

 

Maybe we can arrange it to be at the Piers dyno day in April or when ever it is...

well im not lieing the car was not speeding we were going a 100 to go wash the car and 100 KMH the car went to wide on the corner and then the car lossed it then only reason we flew so hard out of the ditch cuz my friend panicked and floored it , and we have driven the car before and safely, but we all can crash somehow, drivers fault or not, so i fell pritty insulted for being called stupid for something none of us could stop or handle, and even the wtineses said we dident even look to be going fast.
