call out to plumbers!!!
hey guys any plumbers out there?? i own a restaraunt and my water heater is crappin out almost weekly. it's a high eficiancy ( i cant spell tonight) electronic voyager . last month the motor went, last week the ignitor, now the electronics, and over and over. i feel the unit has been way over taxed from day one. so i'm gonna change it out but being a drywall contractor and now a donut salesman LOL i havn't the foggy-est what brand , style i should do?? i know i want durability, ease to get consumables (parts) i would love old school simple too. thanks ahead for your guy's input as is so appreceated.
I cant tell you what brand(I think bradford white is one he uses often), but my dad has taught me that electric tankless are crud, as are electric in general. Natural gas is the way to go. Overall simplest design, and some even have electric (BBQ style) pilot ignition. Next best to Nat. gas is the electric with a tank.
Most have 6,8,10 year warranties, usually you talk about that with the place you buy it.

I live with my dad. I will see him in the morning. Bradford-White is the main brand around here. I dont know what all ya'll canucks got up there. That is usually what he orders from the counter at the supply house (I work for him). Anymore questions just put em in here or PM me.
