Broken Aluminun Frame

I broke my aluminum bike frame rear triangle clean through at a weld. Is there any way to heat treat aluminum after TIG welding?
What's the best way to weld it?

I'd check with the bicycle manufacturer.

They might have a lifetime guarantee on their frames and workmanship.
