Morning all

Good morning from Paradise.
Where is everybody? Is there something wrong with the coffee or the doughnuts?

I deep fried the dough nuts in Dello and the coffee is brewed in a radiator. What could be wrong??

So much for birth defects. The last day has been interesting. I set out from Ohio yesterday so I could be home when the wife flew in from Kansas City. She called from Memphis to let me know the plane was delayed at least 2 hours because of bad weather in Atlanta. A while later she called to tell me she was staying in Memphis. The plane was over booked and she volunteered to take a bump. In return she got a flight this morning, a free night in a Holiday Inn in Memphis, no luggage, a tooth brush without tooth paste, and a $300 voucher on NW Airlines. She was happy, right...... Her son and his fiancé stayed at the house while we were out of town, today will be interesting. Let's just say you can follow him around the house by his habits, open a box in the cupboard, leave the tab off the box, take the last ice cream bar, leave the empty box in the freezer, leave a sip of tea, put the pitcher back in the fridge. What is really going to raise the roof is when I get hold of him for messing with my computer. He's added programs, deleted some of my add-ons, changed a bunch of settings to I don't know what. His *** is mine.[verymad]

and you don't want extra fingers why?

We went out with some friends last night to a really nice resturaunt, and then to a local 'bar' would be the right word, I guess... I now remember why I don't go out anymore. Nothing bad, but too young of a crowd for me. (Yikes, I'm only 27!) Too loud, too many alcohol fueled people.

Anyhow... I check in off leave tomorrow, then only a few more days till I leave.

Matt, hang in there with the new job, I hope you do well whether you decide to stay or go... Look 5 years ahead, see where you'll be in either place...

Nope, not one lick of Hank either...
It probably would have been more fun if I was drinking, but I was the DD. I still do not think that I would have had a good time there. We were just kinda looking for a place to go out and have a beer.

Oh, I now realize why no one had posted in the weekly thread. today is sunday...

Morning Folks. Looks like this might be my last entry for awhile. Gotta go back to school. Was a really fun and somewhat upsetting 2 weeks. Im going to try to wake up in the wee hours of the morning and post. but im not making any promises. My truck is gone, got picked up this morning. Soo nice not having to worry about it.

Greetings from UP HERE. Still have a windchill warning. Currently its -48C with the wind. But hey theres an upside to this...theres a warming trend on the way. Could be above freezing before mid week.
