well i haven't touched a car for about 2 hours now. i have never seen this business this dead in a while.

Ugggg, that don't sound too good with nothing going for you to do. My day changed when school called for me to pick up a sick grand daughter.

Boring. Sitting at work with nada to do. Just browsing the internet and playing with some CAD programs over here.

 

Sitting here staring at a 16 page report that I need to add some wording to, so people know what it means. pretty boring.

 

Not workin on cars today (altho we are super slow as well). Instead I wrapped up 3 days of Toyota Hybrid Powertrain system training...whoopppeee (at least I get my avg for the 3 days,lol).

 

I guess I am in that club.. I finally jsut went out Grabed the CO. truck and dissapeared for a while...

 

I take it you work for a dealership too? Yah, it is bad. Most of my guys are LUCKY if we have been getting 8-10 hours. It's a ghost town in here. Only racks that are busy are the lube guys and we have one long block going in. Other than that, it is dead. Kinda sucks working the back counter If I got no techs coming to me.

 

Its so slow here at the bank. it sucks

 

Well heck .... come on out here and grab some tools. I've been busier than a one legged man in a butt kickin' contest for the past couple days.

Nothing worse than having nothing to do at work ... it'd be different if they would just send you home (with pay of course).

unfortunantly yes. last week was great. i cleared alot of hours. got a nice pay check comming. this week however, i made like 1/4 of what i did last week.

i think tommorow im going to soak down the street or cover it in nails or something. that atta bring in some business

After spending most of the day yesterday doing excel spreadsheets for the truck and my son I decide to get out and about today. I went and filled the truck up. $80. So I started off in a sour mood. I went over to my son's house and worked on a race car fuel tank that I'm modifying. I'll finish it tomorrw. Then we sanded some filler on the big B-25 ailerons and flaps. I trimmed off the raw fiber glass on the 118" wings that we put on a couple days ago and dusted the rest of it so we can put the final coat on this week end. We added the final small spots of filler and got it ready for the last of the fiberglass. I found a site that makes scale bombs so we ordered a set for it. I still have to finish the bomb drop system.

For dinner we went over to the mall and got take out Chinese chicken and rice. Not my favorite but ok I guess. Then we got the movie Catherine and sat and watched it untill midnight.

It was a big day and I'm worn out. I'll probably sit here for a couple hours coming down. haha
