Black Angus... It's What's For Dinner....
So....... I have two HUGE Angus rib steaks on the grill. I like mine med. rare and the better half likes hers well done- I mean WELL as in shoe leather. I really, really have a hard time doing this to an excellent steak :'(. I'm thinkin' Round steak for her and Rib for me next time, sheesh. I just don't get it.
Well, I had better go pull her boot sole of a steak off the grill so I can enjoy mine [undecided]. Hey... there's a marketing idea- anyone know the phone number to Tony Lama :

oh man! I am getting sick here. I had two frozen burritos for dinner. Trust me, I'm paying for it now if you know what I mean. My favorite is a big STEAK, salad with Bleu Cheese and a huge helping of home made mashed potatoes. Of course, green beans have to be there too.

I'm dying here. [undecided]

I like beef the best by far. I do however enjoy a little lobster or a pound o' king crab legs. Course, we have a lot more Angus than we do seafood in Montana
