All I can say is let's put the praise where it belongs ...

While we provide a rightful focus on the victims of 9/11 during this time, lets also not forget the tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of others who have been directly affected by UBL and his actions. Embassy in Nairobi, USS Cole and the soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines that have sacrificed in one measure or another.

I can tell you my family suffered from my absence due to 9/11.

I still have the t-shirts they give out at the different moral activities at our deployed location as I missed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years 2001/02.

 

I just want to throw out a hearty "Atta Boy!" to the seal who reached out and took care of business and offer a pat on the back. The first thing to go through my head when I heard he was buried at sea was, "it's probably so people don't line up to pee on his grave". Then it dawned on me, anytime you pee in the ocean, you ARE peeing on Bin Ladins grave.
