Bin Laden is dead
Yeah thats what I thought. Its hard not to be skeptical when its taken so many yrs to find one individual. How does taking one individual out make up for all the losses? JMHO
First it was Obama's birth certificate. Then it was finally produced and there were those that said it was a fake. Then there were those that said his FATHER wasn't legal. Bottom line; there's a birth certificate and he ain't leaving office over of that issue, fake or not. Move on!
Now we have the news that Bin Laden has finally been removed from circulation by our US troops. Great news and a great accomplishment for our troops! But once again, there are those that 'don't buy it'. "Where's the body?" "It's an election ploy." "You can't tell me it took this long to find him."
I highly doubt that the entire story is a fabrication just to promote Obama's election. There aren't 20 people within his administration that, combined, would be smart enough to pull it off! But so-what if it is a fabrication. Is your life really going to be impacted all that much? To most of us it is good news, but despite this, the price of gas went up to $4.39 here in Michigan this morning. Other than the fact that it gives some of us material to be negative and skeptical about, it really affects nothing in our lives.
Instead of the continual negativity and skepticism, wouldn't our time be better spent devising ways to make things better? We need a new president, that's indisputable. How are we going to accomplish this? We need to take a stand on a multitude of issues of government control. How can we make sure it happens? I think we'd be better off if we concentrated on the positive aspects of things and work to change what we can actually change instead of just complaining or speculating about situations over which we have no control.

There are as many skeptics as there are possibilities in any given scenario.

thats a lot to read to just get stop whining out of it.
ok, lets just rally the militias and take our country back from the trash that is distroying it.
Hey I said its 'hard' not to be skeptical. I did not say it did not happen. With what the media says and how our gov's act, its more often then not that we get news that is inaccurate.
Ok now?
Glad he is gone just like many of us on here are.
Look what ya started Cougar!
Done here.

okay whiners- the thread said Osama Bin Laden is dead. Let's just focus on this one shot of good news......kick the rest of the obama stuff to politics.
William and Kate had to postpone their honeymoon due to their royal retreat being filled by an unexpected secret guest.
heheh, that oughta get the tongues wagging.
what does one man killed mean? ask the couple hundred who cheered today at the work site of the tower memorials, so all the photos on the work walls can now rest in Peace.
ask people from Memphis when martin luther King was shot and killed.
geesh. kick some puppies or something folks.
let me enjoy today and thank all those in uniform (and tourists) who had to suffer less Freedom because of one man.

got this from a buddy of mine. pretty funny
Osama Bin Laden is apparently resting comfortably in the belly of about 8 sharks, 2 crabs and a mollusk. So how does this work: Are the 73 virgins with him now in the in their stomach's, or do the virgins have to wait until Bin Laden is crapped out

yup!
liked the thread, feel for the soldiers.
had to step in and referee when it went political/off topic.
bark, bark, bark,- that's me. I read what you post; we would get along great.
and of course I trust the media/government

I thought it was quite devine. The attire was exquisite and the ceremony was absolute elegance!
NOT!
