No push-button shifter? That's too bad, as they'd be cool in the Ritz-mobile.
Only other problem that I see is that it has a 440. If it had a 318 I wouldn't feel guilty swapping in a Cummins, but the 440 is too sweet to remove. And you can never go wrong with a 727.

I think you need to do two things: use an automatic sniping service (I use Bidnapper). There is no way you are going to still be high bidder 3 days from now unless you have offered way too much. Second - delete this thread before somebody else sees it and wants it.

I would size for size go with the 76 Coupe DeVille, last year of a big body , big block Caddy, I owned one and it was phenominal, it actually cme with a bigger tank than my truck, 35 gallon gas tank, plumbed with a 1/2 inch line to the Rochester 850 Quadrajet, that was busy feeding the 501 cubic inches lurking beneath........... man that thing would cruise, once set the cruise @ over 10 mph man did that fuel needle on the gauge move! thats a nice ride but I would go for a caddy

My brother has like a 67 two door Caddy and it is a sweet ride for sure. I think it has the 429, the 472 came out the next year. They're nice and all but me being die hard MOPAR, gotta have the 440 / 727 combo for sure.
"Nearly rust free". What the heck does that mean? I grew up in Michigan, and let me say that the term "nearly rust free" from someone in Michigan means something totally different from someone out of the rust belt. Been there, done that, and seen the road thru the floorboards. The pic certainly looks good and due no doubt to the new paint job three years ago. If it was on the other side of the state I'd have my little brother check it out for you.
I grew up in those old land yachts. My mom let me drive her new Jet black '76 New Yorker Coupe to my prom (before the days when everyone hires a limo....). Don't remember if that one had a lean-burn 440 in or not, but I do remember it got 9mpg on a trip to California.
I just had a flashback of the day I took some sheet metal screws and flat tin sheets to cover the rot holes in the trunk of my '72 mustang fastback. The repairs were great til my folks gave me some money to fill the gas tank up - when all that new gas started sloshing/leaking out of those new screw holes in the top (what? you mean there's a gas tank under the trunk?? duh...) and filled up the interior of the car with gas. What a mess, even my shoes stunk of gas as it surged forward when on the brakes; good thing I didn't take up smoking yet.

I had a '78 Lincoln Continental for a few months. Bought it for the engine (needed it in my last gas F-250). The trunk was HUGE! I stuck the old engine in the trunk 9complete 400 V8), old C6, radiator, and a few other odds and ends. STILL had lots of room left.
Won't get a new car like that anymore. Could probably hold a whole Ford Fiesta in the truck.
