Bad storms blowing through

I know a tree went down on my Camper tonight, I can see that from the Garage but I don't know what other damage has been done because the lightning is so bad I can't do a recon on the whole place

Oh well nobody hurt, that's all that really matters

remember in a t storm " hold up a 1 iron, 'cause not even god can hit one of those" hope you come through with minimal damage, sounds like a start on next seasons firewood pile.

Don't die, Lary. What would happen to the DTR?

Remember that time Rick called me and said you were down? I thought you were dead then...

Good luck, buddy.

Can't just give that storm a roundhouse kick?

We've got 40-50 mph wind warnings here too.

The wind doesn't worry me, it is all the lightning and I am right on top of the mountain lol. I am such a Positive guy that all those negative ions will want to be heading straight for me

Climbed a hill a few years back, and saw these thunder heads coming our way, as I surveyed the area for a safe place to run to I noticed all the rocks were rust colored and the trees were all shattered and split. I realized I was setting on a big hunk of iron and pulling the storm like a magnet. Needless to say we left real fast.

Stay safe down there....Those type of storms scare me.

Well, hopefully it was insured.

At least you didn't have a tree fall through your home, or have anyone hurt...

This is what I do when a strong storm is coming. First, get your Bible and open it up to whatever page...just open it and lay it on the bed. Next, get your double bit ax and sink it in the ground toward the storm...thus spitting the cloud making it go around. My 75yr old friend told me about this and don't know if it really works but heck I'll try anything. Also, I have some pretty good turpentine remedies if your mule ever gets colic or worms or you have a bad cold.

Larry, can you send some of that back my direction? I am getting bored from lack of action.

How'd your camper and the rest of your property come out? Any pictures?

We got a lot of the nasty storms as they went through. Definitely a wild experience because there was so much of it all at once. The weather guys were cutting in on the programs with updates all the time.

People were sending them pictures of all kinds of funnel clouds. Never seen so many around here!
