I seen on the CF they had a poll for the average age of members on there sight, and i'm curious of what the average age is of the folks on the DTR..

 

I'm 21

 

So what was it on CF?... seems to be a slightly younger crowd there. Or it least it seems that way to me by the way some of them act.

 

23 here, but I feel like 60 with all these ol farts heh...

 

37 here. Feel younger though. Unless I have been drinking. I don't recover as well so then I feel much older!

 

44 here. Everyone has their days. sometimes I feel youger, then the next day I'm thinkin' of signing up for social-security. Truck'in will do that I guess!!

 

The 41 to 60 poll is probably going to win because it is set up with 20 possible age categories. The others have 8.

Just turned 57....... won't see Social Security because Obama & Congress WILL raise the age limit before I get there.

I can still do everything I use to do when I was 20 yrs. old.........
just takes me a lot longer to recover

 

20 here. I own 2 ctd's an 01 and an 89

 

The reason i made it like that was because that is how it was set up on the Cummins Forum, and i wanted it to compare exacly \ Also over on the CF the average age is 17-24 so far with 50%

Im glad I'm with the old/wise over here on DTR.

 

I'm 50. Been thinking I was 35 until a few weeks back. Now?.........80
I posted in the HELP section back in Jan '08 when my Dad was up here in -25 degree Winter weather, having issues with his '98 24V CTD. You folk's were great.
Sadly, my Dad just passed away. (June 11/09) I flew down to Miami, drove down to Key Largo and loaded his truck/35' 5th wheel and headed back North to Ontario, Canada. The truck performed flawlessly....................my Dad however, passed away in the Hospital 5 days later.
I now possess his prized possession. A 47,000 mile 1998 3500 CTD dually.
I lovingly just washed and detailed this beast.
I'II be honest.................I 've never owned a diesel and know very little about them. I have nobody in the area that I live in that works on "smaller" diesel trucks (or seems to want to and that's why I was here back in '08)
Please pass on any tidbits you may think of, Guy's. I want to maintain and preserve my Dad's truck. It will see no Winter's.

Well I just celebrated the 15th anniversary of my 37th Birthday back in May...

 

Same thing..Glad to see there is more of US older Men out here...49 and and OLD and crabby.. LOL
