By the way, I believe the reason they are not allowed to be armed is because many countries do not allow civilians to own firearms. Therefore, they do not allow civilians (foreign or domestic) to enter their ports with firearms.

At least according to the media
the SEaLs got a "relatively easy" shot!
My friends used to throw 2-liter pop bottles out on a decoy anchor up in Alaska and bet big money on who'd hit it first with a .22. They were on the beach and the bottle was bobbing about 30 yards out in the surf, and it was pretty hard to hit on a good day. Easy my donkey!
