Aside from BBB... Complaint Against Comapny

I've already went to the BBB but I'm looking for any other possible ways to file a complaint against a company. A utility (gas) company, to be more specific.

Seems that the entire company is full of liars. And according to one supervisor, she had no authority to do anything and she'd have to send me back to customer service. Since when do customer service people have more authority than their bosses?

There is much more to it, but I'd rather not get into it here... but I'm out for blood on this one! (not literally, of course)

Maybe the state Attorney General's office?

Depending on the type of "gas" company you are talking about, try your state's Public Utility Commission:

I'd go either utility comission, or contact my legislators if I was mad enough about it, and what they did was far out enough. You want to see folks scramble drop a letter from a Senator in their lap.
