im going to be in cecil wi, tommorow and going to be there for 2 months and wondering wat goes on up there if theres any diesel stuff like drags or sled pull or any thing to do in the greenbay area

I don't know about the Eastern side of the state, but on the other side of the state diesel performance is not very popular... Seems most people here MIGHT throw a cheap box at something and that is it. I am the only guy around here that tunes 12v cummins at all. Mostly you see the occasional straight piped truck and a rare stack maybe even dual stacks. Kinda sucks because all the stockers around here and even the ricers will not even play a little with me .

 

In IL, the same thing happen as ckt BUT I will say this. ALL the Dodge trucks with Cummins (the few that are) have at LEAST a 4in straight pipe. About a dozen of them have stacks, I saw 1 set of stacks each on a GMC and a Ford, ricers are all about looks and no play Lots of gasser pullers here. Northern IL has a pull Friday night July 27 at the Lee County 4H Fair. Semis, tractors, trucks, drugged pullers, a couple of outlaws, that type of thing. Goes from 6pm till after midnight. A couple of years ago they did a "open" registration and were turning people away at 3 am!! Since then you gotta register about 1 week in advanced. Cash prizes and I *think* 1st place for street class is 1.5 g's. Then they have street modified, modified, and outlaw.

Just some info. The place is about 30 mile north of I-80 and 20 mile west of Us39-IL51 on IL 30.

im in wi right now but south of milwauke, ill be in cecil tomorrow, and will be work at a compressor station that anr pipline owned(now trans canada i think) it called the moutian station, is there a mountian around there, its about 60 miles north of greenbay i think
