Re:Another newbee

That's strange, I'm getting your mail so obviously you know where the mailbox is. So I'll put it here. On your profile page, at the bottom is a button which states "Change Profile". Click on that, then return to the forums. The next time you submit an item, your signature element should reflect the "change". It will also change any previous submissions you've made. The original reason I tried to PM you is to let you know that you are surrounded in the Pacific NorthWest by "Truck" Groups. Two that come to mind are WATDR, Washington Chapter of this site, contact Big K or one of his group (go to the Regional Forum), who by the way are having a Bomb gathering on the 19th I believe. The other group is NWBombers who can be contacted at NWBombers.com. Both groups have an active membership and host periodic BOMB gatherings to discuss and work on our CTD'S. You are encouraged to contact both groups (double your pleasure), especially since attendance is free. You'll never regret it, I know I haven't. Of course, the ol' pocketbook sure is empty lately. ;D

~Dave

Re:Another newbee

Welcome Dave.
I'll second all the above, except for the sheep part
This is a great site, with lots of friendly folks, and good info.
We just got the Washington Chapter up and running, and have plenty of room for more.
As NWDave said, we have a gathering planned for Fri/Sat 18th & 19th of this month. If you can make it up, PM me and I'll get you directions. I'm located a mere hour from Oly.
If you can't make this one, don't worry because there's always another around the corner. 'Course I really don't think you want to miss my Saturday morning bloodies 8)

Re:Another newbee

No better way to start a Saturday bomb party then by recuperating from the night before with a world famous BigK Bloody Mary. ;D This will be fun and rain or shine, You will be out of the weather. So come on and enjoy. ;D
