Alaska is built different
Cougar, thought of you and the other Alaskan's on this site when I saw this, so for fun thought to show it here. Somehow doubt if this is Cummins powered.

Common up here. In fact, the 2-mile straightaway in front of my house is used on occasion. It wasn't that unusual in Montana or Wyoming either. Now dog sleds, that is a different story. In the winter, alternate transportation takes on a different meaning.
