AFLAC Duck fired

Well, at least his voice was. Don't blame them one bit. Be interesting to hear what his new voice sounds like.

Kinda stupid to say what he did given the current situation over there. I can't hardly stand to watch it, let alone make cracks like that.

On the good side, they found a four month old girl last night and reunited her with her father. Someone was watching out for that little gorl.

I say it is a freedom of speech and he can say it if he wanted to...... However, there is a time and place to let your freedom be heard. Pretty dumb on his part.

There seems to be a rash of "foot in mouth" going around on Twitter right now. I saw this morning where an employee from Chrysler's marketing/ad agency dropping the f-bomb on Twitter using the Chrysler Autos Twitter account while complaining about drivers in Detroit.

Twitter has some usefulness in the instantaneous sharing of information, but does no one really consider the audience when they post? There are things you think and things you say. And the things you might feel comfortable saying in a small group might not be such a good idea on a global scale when posting on Twitter. Not condoning anything that was said by any of these individuals in any audience, but people really need to go back and look at the filters between their brains and their mouths.

Exactly true! I will say a lot of crap within my small group of close friends and family but would NEVER say them in a public place or social forum that has the potential for hundreds, or thousands of people to read or hear. That is just stupid!!

Yeah, I wrote that wrong,,I don't mind her commercials
when I see them new for the first time, it's later that evening
when the same commercial comes on for the 20th time.
I guess that's what the remote control is for

Nah .... the State Farm guy. The one that no matter what or where he is, he listens in on everyone else's conversations.

Dunno why, but that dude just makes my skin crawl.
