I friend of mine at work put power steering fluid(about 8oz. worth) in his tranny before he noticed it wasn't tranny fluid. I told him it probably won't hurt anything, but wanted to make sure. He was wondering if he should flush it or just forget about it. Btw it's in an old Jeep with higher mileage.

 

Auto Trannies are pretty touchy when it comes to the fluid. I would drain it and start over....

 

check to see what fluid the tranny likes. Our CHR T&C P/S takes ATF+4 Worth checking befor doing a drain and fill
