With all the Pelosi that happened in 2009 it is no wonder that the sewage lines are plugged up. Probably be plugged part of 2010 as well.

Thats true he could be....One of the main reasons for freezing systems is NOT running enough water, it can cause glaciation in the line and eventually plug it off....Its a shame how some systems are installed...lack of insulation and failure to put in heat trace.....
