Local new is showing the "vette museum. 45 ft across and about 30 feet deep. Swallowed 8 cars so far. I've got to go that way Friday, may just stop in a say " yup, that's a sinkhole". Local joke is to put a fence around it with a sign "Vettes can go anywhere".

Really a mess. Some one of a kind cars involved.

Saw that a little while ago. They had to re-name route 666 a while back and it seems to me that someone else had to replace some other number, too. People are stoopid.

Little excitement down here from the weather just a few minutes ago. We had some lightning and rain suddenly come up, turned on TV and see a tornado right smack dab on top of our ranch out at the edge of town. Called the daughter, she saw it coming, ran out and anchored protection down for her birds and they hit their safe room. It passed about 1/2 mile from the house. No fore-warning, no anticipation of such -- just suddenly it is there on radar. Disappeared just about as fast. Have some damage all ready coming across. Wow. Don't need that stuff.

Guy watering cattle off my well doesn't break ice once it gets warm enough the cattle can do it themselves. Trouble is that when they do, they get to pushing the ice around with the float stuck in it, and break the float loose, and my well runs about dry. I'd like to tell the boss that the water's off and not to tell him because I'd like to see how long it takes him to realize the tank's empty, but the cows can't pick who they belong to.
