Morning. Just a quick drive by. Been up for hours already, but just stopping by now.
There has been some fantastic days here lately. Every day and night has a cloudless, brilliant blue sky. Not too hot in general, but the sun quickly cooks a person, The shade is fantastic.
Hmmmm Heidi, so you have seen my passion for aviation. Now that I am retired and away from that, do often miss it. Somehow doubt if I will ever fully recover.

Give me a break!!!
Please do not insult me by comparing me to one of your Democraps! From what I have read about what they have done, are doing and planning to do, very few of them even get close to the thinking category.
In any case, what I posted was last night, not this morning. This morning I have other bright ideas.

Back for more coffee. Finished a "project" for one of my guys at work. Old Honda 300 ATV. Hadn't ran in several years. Did you know that a bad coil, bad starter, and a carb full of dirt/rust to the point the float wouldn't move would cause issues???

Boy, is this place dead or what?!! The next breakroom should be named "The Dead Zone". Only 84 replies for the entire week! Wots going on?
Had a relatively slow day today. Unusual for me. Tomorrow am loading up the truck early and heading up (to 8,000') to do a bunch of jobs on my property. Plan on cutting down 3 trees below ground level. They are not that big, about 6" diameter at the base, but very tall. Then cut them up into 3' lengths and bring them home to "plant" for decoration. Looking forward to the pristine air and fresh pine and fir smells.
On that property there are thousands of Pinguica trees. http://www.ethno-botanik.org/Heilpfl...ifolia-en.html They grow like a weed above about 7,500' elevation. I am forever pulling them up by the roots. Tomorrow need to pull out about 10 more, but these ones are quite big. They have an extensive root system and if a branch touches the ground, it takes root. Nothing that the Ram can't handle. Have removed many 100's already. I use a couple of industrial straps and yank 'em out. Where the trunk or roots break, the wood has a very red color in the center.
Till later.

Thanks for the invite Lary, but if you do not mind, I will pass. Have done many crazy and sometimes very stupid things in my life, but somehow escaped almost unscathed. Not going to tempt fate any longer. You go ahead and enjoy yourself and let us all know later how much fun you had.
A few months ago was tempted to try a bungee jump at a bridge we drove over, but sanity prevailed. Did stay there and watched a few jumps, was again tempted, but my wife was adamant that I should not jump.

Heidi, sure hope that the doc was just paying a friendly visit and not bringing you bad news.
