What was this vehicle?

While on the trailes in Oklahoma yesterday, I saw a vehicle coming towards us that I initially thought was a Unimog. But when it got closer, it had a Subaru logo on it and it said "Subarubicon" on it. I did a google search and can't come up with much.

i googled it and apparently its some kinda subaru but couldnt find any pics
