Has anybody else installed a twin stick shifter on their NP205?

I've done it, and also made my own shift linkage. Its easy if you have a welder, torch/chop saw, grinder and drill. What do you know so far about going to twin stick?

I got the kit form 4x4 Offroad in CO, got the rails put into the T Case haven't got it all back in the truck cause our shop's been occupied. I just like the idea of being able to control each axle individually. I've also heard that its a whole lot smoother to shift.

I don't know if you need these or not, but they couldn't hurt to have. The last pic is a little hard to read because it's from a different article.
