Paragon
If your into some good offroad, look up Paragon. it's located in the pocono area and I've been there once with my bronco. had 35" swampers on it, lifted up all that, lockers and did some 1 and 2 trails, tons of fun. Friend busted his lights off going into a ditch, actualy have a picture of my dad's ram in a hole, you can literaly see the whole undercarrage. I'll try to post a pic soon, my computer is down for a while though. It's really really a nice area, costs 25 bucks or so but is great. the trails go from class 1 to class 5. If your going to do anything over a 3, you better have some cash, not care about your truck, and have everything secured. You must have recovery points (hooks) battery hold down, and no beer on site. Other than that, it's really really a nice site, nice place, and about 2.5 hours from you. And it's 100% legal, so that's the best part. Each month you can do a guided ride (they will guide you on trails) or you can go out on your own. Think you have to have at least 2 guys in your group though.

The two closest actual offroad PARKS are Paragon and Rausch Creek. Rausch is off Exit 107 on I81, and Paragon is off exit 143 of I81. I have taken my Jeep to both parks many times. I prefer Rausch due to less political BS (new owners @ PAP) but Paragon probably has more full size friendly trails.

Here is a picture of me with a stupid look on my face @ Paragon this year

And here I am @ Rausch a couple months ago
Both parks offer similar terrain, but Paragon's trails have been around a lot longer so they are a bit wider and more "developed". They will fit a full size a lot better. Oh, and Paragon is $35/day and Rausch is $25/day with a $10 one-time-a-year membership fee. Both require at least 3 rigs per group. I do not recommend a "monthly trail ride" unless you are very new to offroading and don't mind sitting in line a lot (PAP gets CROWDED)

The only problem you might have is there are no high speed sections of either parks.
Places to wheel are hard to come by legally, try looking up a local 4x4 club in your area.
