37's will fit with +3" ride height if you use a wheel with a 5.5" backspace. Factory alloys work great......

As for the other thing.....can't say much right now, but if you poke around on Pirate 4X4 you'll probably figure it out pretty easily.

KORE sells aftermarket fenders to accomodate larger tires, but it doesn't take much trimming to get 37s to fit. There are a few of companies that sell "pre-runner style" fenders for the Dodge trucks. They all charge about the same price.

Here's a picture of how much I had to trim off the back edge of the front wheel wells to get the 38s on my 94. I thought I had some "after" shots but I guess not. I'll post one tomorrow. There's a lip inside the fender well that still needs to be trimmed. Haven't got to it yet. FWIW, the plastic fender well inserts didn't go back in very nicely so I left them off.

37's fit fine on mine with factory and 5.5 BS H2 wheels...

I have 4.5 lift...but that does not really matter...once the wheel gets stuffed.
