Extra leaf spring articulation??
Are there any after market DOT approved spring shackles that allow for extra articulation? (for 3/4 and 1 ton trucks) Like the terraflex revolvers for jeeps? Are there any other soloutions? Is grease or penetraing oil/lube a good idea for the spring packs? or does it attract dirt and and cause extra wear?
I spray my leafs with different kinds of oil after spraying the dirt out of them. usually WD40 or similar.
if you want more articulation, look into doing a shackle flip, getting some lighter leaf packs, or moving the springs inboard a few inches.

mostly because they are really unstable in the corners, imagine going around a corner and one of those revolvers unloading, it will shift all the weight over, at least thats what I read why the jeep guys don't like them.

they also seem pretty cheesely made and they need to be load rated for the vehicle there made for so noone wants the liability of one breaking if someone slams a gooseneck trailer on there truck and a spring hanger snaps slaming them into a short bus filled with lawyers kids
very true.
heres a pic of my flex with 9 inch Atlas leaf springs, 1 inch blocks, shackle flip and belltech "lowering" shackles (which are about 4 inches longer than factory shackles)

I think the only way to get a better flex out of leafs than what im getting is to remove some leafs out of the pack, but I would be sacrificing load capacity.
or a 4 link and coilovers
