My Choice now: Deka AGM batteries From East Penn Manufacturing! Can be mounted in any position and made in the USA! The only others I might consider in this category would be Lifeline.

Lifeline Batteries are also made in the USA, but they will cost you more.

You can easily find a Deka Battery Dealer in your are from here, but Napa seems to be able to get them shipped in easily IMO.

You should be able to fing that out a the website I posted. Prices vary in different parts of the country, but my AGM batteries for my Travel Trailer cost about $200 each for 112 Amp Hour.

I put a set of Deka 1024DT batteries in my truck a year and half ago. Very happy with them. Deka warehouse was local to me. They are 1100 CCA. I paid $238.00 for the pair. I was going to go with the Duralast Gold's from Autozone, but went with the Deka's for the CCA.

These batteries will go in my truck when it's time. The D3100 is rated at 5000 amps and 110Amp hour. I don't need a pair that big but these are good ones.

I had the Duralast Gold when I purchased the truck. Had to exchange them out last fall and again last night. 6mo. They worked excellent for 4+ years, this last set not so well. Lesson learned don't buy starters or batts from Auto Zone. AZ has honored their lifetime warranty but changing them out over and over again is a PITA.

Compare price and warranty for the Odyssey with Sears Diehard Platinum, they are Odyssey batteries. Also if you have a problem Sears in easy to fins in most places.
