375/50/18's how much lift is needed

I just came across a deal on a set of 375/50/18's (33-15.50-18) tires and wheels and need to know how much lift I need to make them clear. I like the way they look with just the level kit on front and I have 2 added springs in rear which lifted the truck approx. 4" in back.(Nice rake) But it rubbs hard in front. I do use the truck for sled pulling so don't want to go any taller than needed due to drive line angles.

Wow, those are wide!

What's the BS'ing on those suckers?

Without going too high, you may need some fender trimming if that's what's rubbing.
