When I switched to 315 tires they would rub a little on the control arms. To stop that problem all I did was bond a small piece of metal to one steering stop each side. Can't remember what thickness, but think it was about .032 or maybe 040". problem disappeared. Never did notice any significant difference in turning radius.

I have Toyo MT's 35 1250 17's with 17x8.5 stock rims, I had to install 10mm backspacers to prevent the tires from rubbing upper control arms at full turn. No problems afterwards I also added to the back to keep things even.

I have a 2.5" level kit, .5" longer control arms, adjustable track bar and am running 35x12.50R18 with 18x9 rims with +12 offset. No rubbing at all, plenty of room to spare. You have to get the correct rims and longer control arms.

To stop the 35" tires from rubbing, you have a few options:

Wheel well cutouts: This can give the tires more space when turning. You might need to trim or modify the wheel wells to stop the rubbing.
Lift blocks: Adding 1" lift blocks can help raise the truck a bit, giving the tires more clearance.
Body lift: A 1" or more body lift could provide extra space for the tires, but this may change the truck's look and feel.
Bigger lift kit: If you want more clearance, a 4" or 5" lift kit could solve the problem but it could be expensive.
It’s best to check if your current setup can be modified with the first two options before going with a bigger lift or body lift.
