shoowie momma, UPS hooked me up ! cross bow came,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,. it is awesome. directions, lets see, bow made in usa, pics for instructions taken in canada.. directions written in usa, sent to canada, interpreted by chinese intern, babblefished back to english..... well I got it figure out, thing is crazy fast. and too accurate for its own good. Just came in from shooting a group of 4 at 25 yards. first three could be covered by a quarter, last one hit one of the first three and veered a tad........ bolt that took the hit is trash. Only fired 12 shots from it so far and already 25 yds is too close to be firing more than one shot at one target. gearin up here for a busy weekend, spending a good part of it in PA, going to go shopping for chili fixins tomorrow, and give it a cook on the way to Pat's by way of lannings , droppin Tom to get his truck back with the new Goerend tranny! Well its fonna be a good weekend I hope, can't wait to watch the ufc fights and kick back Saturday night.

Yeah, it might be a bit messy this weekend, but it should be fun none the less. Hopefully the weather holds off for most of tomorrow night. Just set the pins for the horseshoe pit in concrete and finished the boxes, hopefully tomorrow night my buddy and I can get sand and fill them babies in. Cable is run to the basement for the fights, still too much cleaning up to do, better run...

All I have to say about this new tranny is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing the power the truck makes now that it actually has a tranny that puts it to the ground. HUGE HUGE thanks to Mike for giving me a lift up and hanging around at Lannings for 6 hours while Clint worked on my truck (by himself) to get me out of there. Truck runs great now, hope it lasts 200k more miles like this.

Side note: WalMart in Boonton has a car show on Friday nights now. I think my friend is going to take his Harley up there this week and I will bring the Dodge up. If anyone wants to meet up with us, feel free. Last week had a huge turnout so it should be good this weekend as well.

 

hahaha, tune in next week when Tom gets a lil crazy and turn s up the smarty! This friday night might be rough for me, i will have a trailer hooked to the truck and loaded with sheetrock and a bunch of other building supplies ready for a trip to my NY property. Pat's party was a blast, last beer I had I notice the sun startin to rise and took that as a sign to go the heck to bed! Chili came out god and thankfully plenty of dogs around to blame........

 

Hey everyone Just thought I'd give everyone a update on the 2 black beauties... Just picked up the 97 from east coast diesel, got a haisley street puller clutch, billet input shaft etc. also a tru trac detroit posi rear!!! Still gotta get used the clutch but this thing is sweet!!! The 05 right now is getting front end work done to her.... The mods are never ending haha hope to see everyone soon at some meet soon whats coming up next???

 

What's up guys , Long time since i've been to this site . Been so busy around here hardly had anytime to myself I traded in the 05' with the deer killer for an 06' 3500 The engine was getting major blow by again and figured it was cheaper in the long run to just get a newer one . Well , thats what i told the wife at least Haha Oh yea , i got married in April and spent 14 days in Cabo . Now we are under contract for a house in Butler . When is the next GTG ??

Tom, Mike was telling me about the little surprise at Lannings when you found your truck to still have split cases when you arrived, that sucks. At least you seem to be very happy with the results

"murderd" I can not remember your name to save my life, sounds like some good progress with the rigs. Is your 97 going to be ready to come up for the pulls at the Wayne County Fair? August 10th is when they is, sadly a Monday night which causes lots of issues with out-of-towners.

dunno if I really slept at all Pat, ...... crashed out on the couch for a while and then just figured gettin up was easier than puttin my back through any more couch torture. Next tiem I see your bud withthe red twinned truck I will give him a ride to see, forgot he wanted to see what an auto felt like pullin hard. at least he got to see what it did when I left the breakfast. Murdered ( gregg ) I think, good to hear the 97 is workinout for ya, kinda cool seein its fast progress from just bein a truck to what it is already. and 05. phew its been a while is right..... good luck in butler, I think Tom is headin up there this fri night for the car show at walmart....... look for his truck, patriot blue, debadged and as always, cleaner than most.

 

Unfortunately the 97 is gonna need more work before it starts pullin, def. dont wanna go into something half ready, but its coming along....still tryin to save for the 05's tranny too haha
