I gotta say, I am very happy that I got into all this, I regret not doing it when Chris Dubie told me when I first bought my truck, so a few thousand dollars of crappy upgrades Im finally on the right track. My sincere thank you to all of you guys!

I'll take care of Cherry Point. Like I said before, let me know what you need from me.

Dan and I are going to try to get my 03 ready for this event. Back halfing and tubbing the truck are going to be alot of work, and more then likely not going to be much fun

CRIS:

If you guys need any help, give me a call.

If you come across any of those "giveaways" like you did at our last event that would be great.

Thanks Cris.

Sounds like Mike and John are "cooking up" a big event. I'm sure it will be a blast, as it has been for several years now.
Guess I'll get my room reserved for Friday night!
Can't wait to run the Midnight Madness event.
A big thanks to all that have helped out on this event!
Tim Barber, what is the weather forecast, looking 4 months ahead?

Where going to have Tim make a beach landing so he don't trip the rain trigger coming down the highway from VA.

Its still too early to commit, but I told Mike yesterday if I have an open date AND have money in the bank, I plan to make the ride over for this. Sounds like fun.

Buck and Brian Buchanan of Buck's Communication INC. have offered to help sponsor NCDTR #18's Dyno and Drag Race Event!

On behalf of NC #18 I would to thank Buck, Brian and Sandi for their support!

http://www.buckscomm.net/

Buck, Brian and his wife Sandi are great people always willing to lend a hand to their fellow man. I'm proud to call them my friends.

Brian's racing crew are Jerry Cummings and Jim Snyder both are great guys. Look for them at the track!

I'll be there and hopefully be running some bigger twins by then. Maybe I'll be able to run my electronics to their full potential without pegging the EGT gauge and running the high drive pressures that I am now.

John if you need anymore help just let me know.

Update on sponsorship from TRE Diesel.

Tim Barber is going to sponsor the following classes:

Dyno event: $200.00 to the highest horsepower on #2 fuel only.

Drag Racing: $100.00 to the fastest Dodge truck in the 1/4 mile.

Tim is going to run his truck on the dyno but has excluded himself for the classes he has sponsored. To quote Tim "I'm not going down there to win my own money."

Tim's a class act. I hope all you guys that haven't met Tim introduce yourself when you come to the event.
