On Saturday September 20, 2008, from 10:00 A.M. until the last scheduled truck is dyno’ed, a brand new performance shop by the name of "National Speed" located in Wilmington, N.C. @ 6779 Gordon Road will be hosting a Diesel Dyno Day for all brands of diesel pickups. Complimentary food and refreshments will be served by the Staff at "National Speed." Cost for the dyno runs will be: $50 for 3 pulls for a group of 24 or less, or $40 for a group of 25-30. 30 is the maximum number of spaces available to dyno for the day, but there will be plenty of food for everyone!

This is what most of the Members have been asking for awhile now, that being, more events and GTG's, so that is what Mike D. and I have been trying to do since we have gotten the Officer positions all taken care of. I just hope everybody takes full advantage of these events.

Hey everybody, I am bringing this event BACK TO THE TOP!

I talked with my friend Bobby Downes yesterday at "National Speed" and he is wanting to get a "tentative" head count for this event coming up on Saturday September 20th, 2008. The rates are posted and National Speed will be cooking some hamburgers and hot dogs for us. As I said in my earlier posts, this is a brand new facility and I would like to have a good turnout for this.
