ND-MN Winter get together
Time to plan the next winter get together at Mike's Custom Trucks in Northwood. Mike has been hinting pretty hard to find a February Saturday that works for everyone.
The usual look at what's latest in the shop including, project trucks, chassis dyno, plus a new engine dyno.
The customary warming winter beverage will be served.
Thoughts on the best weekend?

Moved out to March. Hard to believe winter is this busy.
Mike and I are booked the next 3 weekends with Red River Valley Pullers activities. After that he has some trade shows to attend plus a winter honeymoon planned with Denise.
Weather is usually a little warmer come March so if the shop doors are open from smoking trucks it is not so drafty.

OK mark the calendars.
Saturday, March 18th is the date. I confirmed with Mike today.
He's got a little project going in the back room and wants to have it operational for some extra fun.
Dyno is normally $50 for setup and 2-3 runs for warm-up, horsepower, & torque readings.

See ya all on the 18th.

John,
You should be able to count me in, I will try to be there, hopefully have the truck again, give it a dyno run to see what the new plate and 60mm compressor kit did for the #'s.
Hope to make it up there,
Tim.

I'll be there. Done a lot of things to my truck since last year when it was stock. got a couple more things to throw together before march but this will give me some motivation to get it done. Can't wait. Calendar is marked off.

I am really glad it set for March 18th and not February. I'm not used to these arctic winter temps. Great for warming winter beverages, but not for travel or trying to get the truck warmed up before a dyno run.
Excitement is building!
Sounds as though a big group is coming up from the Twin Cities and some from Wisconsin, too.
Jerry won't feel like the only diesel guy in west central North Dakota either.
If you have any special requests, let me know what they are in advance to plan.

Very glad it is still one week to go. Not very nice traveling conditions today.
I'll get a nose count put together this weekend and post on my personal site

If I missed anyone that plans to attend and especially ride the dyno PLEASE let me know.
I noticed the dyno list is very full. I'm calling Mike tomorrow about getting started earlier.
