I second the motion. Sat is better for me too. Sunday........ too close to Monday. Whats up with So. Cal can we only get 3 trucks to show up? Somethings wrong with this picture.

 

I'm game....Saturday works for me too. Just need a time/date, I'll be there.

 

How about Saturday 7-23-05. I am from GA but I will be in Chino, CA the week before and after on a business trip with nothing to do on the weekend. I won't have my truck with me but I would enjoy meeting and talking to other diesel folks like myself.

Ok.. How does 7-23-05 work for you guys? And how does the peir in ventura sound? Possibly eating some food at Eric Erricsons like was suggested by Dustyrock?

Works for me. Any weekend is good so far. Nothing etched in stone yet. We can meet anywhere you guys want. I was just trying to find a place that was real easy to find and that could accommodate all of our trucks without having to park on different streets etc. Its right off 101 and on the beach, its pretty hard to miss seeing the pier from the freeway. The on and off ramps are real close as well. Also I have always had good food at Erics. Its a bit pricey compared to fast food, but its seafood. We don’t have to eat at Erics. McDonalds and In&Out burger, Hungry Hunter and Carrows are right down the street. What ever the majority wants to do. I will have to double check to see how crowded it gets now that the tourists are in town and more folks are going to the beach. Ill scope it out and if I can find something better Ill holler.

ok, as of now, lets plan on the 23rd of July, at the peir.. restaunt to be determined as of yet.. Ericsons is fine with me, but carrows or in n out always works too...

Question for you guys. You guys planning on bringing your Women folks with you, Wifes, Girlfriends?

 

If I ask her she will go. She went with me to May Madness, she would probably go to this too.

 

My wife wants to send the kids too the babysitter and make it a weekend getta way.

 

Im gonna ask the fiance if she wants to go.. so if she isnt busy, then she'll probably come out there with me.
