You might want to remind the chapter Presidents that this is not a meeting that they have to get in the truck and drive to,,,,,,,,,, the chat room is in their computer.

 

Is there a special link to the chat room or just the normal chat?

 

Log into the normal chat and then see if they will be using that room or the ones for the Admins. I think the last time,,,,, they had to use the normal one because Top couldn't get everyone in the Admin one or he put all the Presidents and everyone in the "Time-Out" room,,,,,,,,,

 

Yes, just sign into the normal chat room.
Top has to "invite" each member to the NCDTR Chat room.
