MSDTR #31 New Meeting Thread
 

Ok guys, time to hunker down and make plans for our December meeting. So sign up and vote for what weekend is best. With the crazy holidays this time of year, I'm just looking at simple lunch meeting to get everyone together on the same page and interested. This will be in the Memphis area and we can decide on location as soon as we figure out the when of it all.

Any weekend you guys pick will work for me. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

The 7th-15th my soon to be ex-wife will be moving her crap out and I really would like to be here to see her go so that week may be questionable for me. After the 15th though, I will be available when ever where ever, what ever and so on. Maybe we can all throw her a going away party at my place? That would be cool. Ben said we can have a party and park all the trucks in front of the house so they have to walk like 8 houses down to load up her furniture!! That sounds cool to me:cool: [guitar]

You know that does sound cool Pat. Bet that would make her reel happy. Glad to see you dont have to cut the net connection and you can keep in touch with us here.

We just closed on our fixer upper house today, so we could have a working meet and I'll provide lunch.[coffee] [coffee]
I will try and be there on which ever day, but that is a long drive for lunch.[laugh]

Depends on how good the lunch is:cool:

And anyone driving in from east of Tupelo is more than welcome to stop over for the night at my place.

Yea, My next door neighbor and his buddies took me there the night after I found out my marriage was over and they told one of the girls what was going on. She got all the other girls to come over there and they all sang that song to me and all gave me a hug. It was pretty cool actually. Nevermind the fact that most of them were still in high school[duhhh]

Ohhhh high school girls!!! Aren't they every guys fantasy??? Serious tho...........thats a cool story!!!

I'll see what I can do to try and get there....but don't count on me. Especially this time of year. By that time the folks over at Geoffrey's R' Us will be keeping the store open until midnight and I have no excuses to get away on friday nights....like " I have to be at work in the morning". So I might not get out of that joint until 2am which would put me at home around 3am!!

No fume...ez, just no sleepy. Fell asleep way too early last night. Fell out about 7:30, back up at 9:50, fell out again about 1:30, back up at 5:30. Now I feel like I've got a hangover. Too many years working nights!

I just talked to Karl sunday night. I took his trailer back to him which by the way is the best trailer that you could ever hook behind a truck. I will call him and make sure hes coming to the gathering.

Good deal! Looks like I'll be up that way this Sunday afternoon to do some street racing. Hope to win a few finally.

I've got one with 271K, rear bumper bent, one corner up, one corner down, front bumper fell off and I ran over it, left rear quarter attacked by a 280Z, I won that one, calico paint, gray, primer and rust, shorty exhaust with a magnaflow coming out ahead of the right rear. Does it drone, you bet it does and I love it! 12V's rock!

Mine is showing 179,513, it has since I bought and the guy I bought from said that's what it was showing when he bought it. Rear 1/4 panels are beaten up from a gooseneck but the rest is pretty straight. Of course it has the typical peeling paint and primer stripe. Oh well it gets me to from work.

I cant make it this weekend. To many irons in the fire with the new house and all.

Well, it was just me, Dmax, Dizlpower, and 1stGen who showed up to this one. Hopefully, After the holidays the next meet will be better.
