MODTR April "Welcome Home Pistol" GTG
Alrighty .... Mrs. Pistol and I checked the calendar this morning and figger that the weekend of April 28th would work the best for us to have a GTG at our place in Mtn. Grove, Mo. Can we get a show of hands who thinks they can make it on that weekend ??
Our plan is to have a quick meet & greet followed by a short "take care of chapter business" meeting and the get on with the grub, beverages and tire kickin' !!!
If you own kids ... PLEASE BRING EM !!! We have plenty of room for them to run around (I will have the chore list, hammers and shovels standing by
).
I was thinking about the May GTG ..... we have Memorial Day on the 28th ... if there is some kind of public celebration happening in your neck of the woods that you think the rest of us might enjoy ... maybe we can put something together for the chapter. Give it some thought and fire me your ideas !!
Mike ... what do you have planned for us at the June GTG in Rogersville ??

I had to miss the last one not by choice. I'm in for this one period, well I'd better ask the boss I guess if I have toooooo. I'll just tell her I'm working that day and may be home late. Ya that will do it.

For those requiring lodging for the night .... I will put together a list of motels and rv parks in the area within the next couple days.
Off the top of my head, I know there is a Days Inn and a Best Western in town (9 miles from the house) and there is an RV park just outside of town ...... I have never stayed in any of these places but I will check into them for you.
**** If you are planning on bringing your own RV and are self contained, you are welcome to park it up in our orchard for the night .... just keep in mind that the road to the house isn't paved and has some hills, rocks and trees. I haul mine down it but have to be pretty careful.

That pic is the gentle part of my driveway 
. About 500 yards further is the hill that could present a little challenge to some tow behinds. I will see if I can sweet talk the county into dragging the grader over it if we get someone who wants to bring the RV.
