What time and where is it?

Scott it is at the Lowes in Abingdon, back by the Walmart, Target, BJs, and my personal fav CHICK-FIL-A. Not sure what time it gets started, I am gonna head over around 6:30-7:00.

 

now seems we got to make a thing out of going up there we well u guys got allot of ppls attention up there cause from what i know thats the first time in a while a diesel was up there with the hood open so yea well ill see yall tonight

 

Just a bit of fun info......

Last time I was at the Cave, I was talking to Keith about how my truck had no power just of idle. He said that it was probably turbo lag.... Not being a huge turbo expert, I took this and accepted it as fact.

I found out yesterday that this was true.

I was stopped at a stop sign and I decided to try a boosted launch. I held the brake, built boost to about 10psi and launched. Talk about fun... I spun all four rear tires.......

I now have even more faith in my truck and I found more fun to have later....

 

yeah once you get a box back on there that will help spool the turbo fast you will pick up that quickness off the line.

 

I definitely want to get a comp on there so that I can dial in a bunch of fuel at 10% throttle for that instant power.... The VA is only doing like 45hp and not fueling hard enough.

yep i showed up, jason was debadging and scott and dean were pretty much done with the lift pump so i headed down to try my luck at bubba again.

i had a few good strikes and one impressive fish on, til he did a Bill Dance move and come out of the water doing the back and forth twist and threw my lure out of his mouth about 10-12' across the pond.

 

I hope we're doing some work this weekend. I have a leveling kit to put on....

 

Sorry Sat night was fireworks on Middle River. I was boatin' from about 2pm until midnight!
