Interest in a Middle TN or Tennessee Chapter??

I have seen a lot of interest in a middle Tn chapter and would like to get some numbers or a head count on who is for this. Micaiahfied and I are doing the research, I have talked with DieselDaze as has Mica so what is your view?

That's what I was thinking Street. If you wanted to attend a meet say at Chapter 31 ok, or at Chapter ?? middle, Tn ok. I'd still like to do the meets with you guys.....great bunch of folks!! I think some guys don't have the time to drive that far or looking for something a bit more local.

I'm out of town quite a bit for work, but I may be able to meet.

I used to work at Delk Performance in Lebanon. We did quite a few diesel dyno days for ford groups and the MidTenTDR group. I'm sure I could drum up some good prices if you guys wanted a dyno day out there.

I've got a two other dodge owning friends that would probably meet also.

I've gotten a couple emails expressing interest, some who have busy schedules and would attend if they can. If you don't think you could be at every meet, that's fine. I don't know that it would be a monthly thing, not that far into it yet. But if you have an interest but your busy, hit the yes button and if you can make it great if not maybe next time. I know how busy life is for everyone. Gotta take care of your stuff first! Any northern Alabama, southern Kentucky guys interested are welcome. I know the Alabama folks are welcome in MSDTR #31, thanks to Streetsmoker.

C'mon guys. Local Chapters are a great way to get out and have a good time with fellow Diesel-junkies.

There is a silver 2nd gen running around with stacks and 35s. I've seen him once in the area but haven't seen him since. Not sure if anyone knows him. I'm always looking for other dodges when I'm out. We need more people.

Ahhhhh, welcome to my frustrating life as pres of and member recruiter for MSDTR Dodgeguy. It seems a lonely existance at times. Good luck all the same. You'll find yourself looking at people's sigs and pm'n them here to drum up support and trying to talk those you meet into joining.

You, by no means, are alone; I have been doing that for years.
Frustrating? I dont find it frustrating. I guess I enjoy the challange.
Just like yourself, I enjoy seeing Chapters grow and dont mind the leg work involved in making it happen.

I have flyers you can use to hand out and DTR Stickers will be (or are already) available.

I'm going to a tractor pull down in Campbellsville on October 7th and thought about passing out some flyers to guys I see there in the dodge pickups. I also see a guy going up 31 out of Columbia in a maroon dodge 2500 with stacks, always going in the opposite direction. Need to find out where he works at in Columbia. I bet he works over at dixie diesel if I had to guess.

There's a diesel shop in lebanon(I think) or in that area. Cedar city diesel, I believe, that's where I got my injectors pop tested. They've got a pullin truck and a drag truck. I think the pullin truck is a dodge. Where's Campbellsville at? Is it only tractors or trucks too?

I talked to one of the guys organizing the show and he said this, " if ya want to pull it, bring it". It starts at high noon and goes until?? I know the flyer said 4pm until ?? was heavy weight tractors. All others are before 4pm. It's probably not a set schedule, small town pull and just fun as heck to go to. Campbellsville is north of Pulaski on highway 166 or south of Mt. Pleasant on 166.

It's not a bad drive, run down 43 out of Columbia towards Lawrenceburg and get off at Mt. Pleasant, go through town and after the liquor store is 166 south. Follow it down about 20 minutes and you'll run right into Campbellsville. He said it was on Dry Fork, I believe but said they would be putting signs out on where to go. I have a copy of the flyer if you want me to email/pm it to ya
