So of those that did go, how did you like it? It was pretty average on Friday. Saturday was busy. We unknowingly parked in an area that was not along the cruise route, but there were enough trucks constantly coming in the entrance that we were satisfied. I didn't really care for the route at all, and I heard many more negative comments than positive on the new southside location. I mean we could go park in the mall parking lot for a heck of lot cheaper and do the same thing. We want the north side back!

You were over by the entrance? Me TOO!!! Right after you got your pic taken, turn left, then that first right and follow that on the right side of the building along 38th street. that's where i was parked. I spent too much money up there lol. main buy was a smarty!!!

Wow, there were so many trucks there. It was pretty cool, great jamboree. I still miss that grassy side though. So how do you like the smarty?

I love the smarty. It blows alot more smoke than my triple dog. Better mileage so far. In town, it is hangin around 18 where with the triple dog it was around 16. It seems like it has more get up and go also. Next mod is gauges which will most likely be put on tomorrow and then clutch which I do not have the money for...

I don't think it was that bad. Yea it was extremely hot on the black top, but it was better than rain. Where I was, there were trees, and we were under canopies so it was pretty nice. I just think everything was too spread out and alot of trucks were on dead end roads where couldn't cruise through

Yeah it was definitely messed up the way it was laid out. It claims in the Jamboree flyer that it was moved to the south side to accommodate the estimated 4500+ trucks that were going to show....I bet it was around 2000 if that. Even on the old side there was still plenty of room. The dead end routes did suck. On the old side there were not any dead end routes, and no matter where you parked you were guaranteed to see many trucks cruise by your positon...not the case this year. I bet a lot of trucks didn't get 10% of the looks they got on the old side.

Show wasnt bad except for the gridlock saturday afternoon. Saturday nights festivities were good...started out across from 4wheel parts then behind toys r us and then behind some warehouse! Lots of trucks hooking and having a good time! I was with the guy in the blue '02 4dr longbed 7.3 that was hooking to everyone.
