No worries, I think everyone's pretty busy based on the lack of responses. I'll won't be able to make the dyno weekend in Buda, so I'll have to catch up at our next GTG. The money tree out back is blooming so I'm hoping for some cool upgrades soon. Just wish I could try before buying or at least get some real facts for my ideas.

What kinds of upgrades are you looking at? I am really itching for an upgraded tranny but after dropping a few grand on another motorcycle this weekend, I will have to wait a little longer. I am still waiting for my neighbor to finish cutting my rims so I can get some new BFGs on the truck as well. So much to do, so little time!

man bring those wheels over and we'll have them cut and installed in an hour!

I have the superchip program installed(no programer provided when purchased). I'm thinking Smarty or XZT+ and Mach1.6 and 5" exhaust.
I think the schip = about 65 hp (adds timing+fuel)
I think the XZT+ does the same. If I get the XZT+ am I really going to notice a big diff? I don't want to get the XZT+ if I can just add a boost fooler to the schip and get the same results...other than on the fly adj. Originally I was going w/the smarty but w/all the downloads avail from Quad it seem to be a really good option. So I'm really stuck on which way to go. After the XZT+ I'll add probably the 1.6s and be done since I don't want to destroy my mpg and towing capability. Sorry for the long post.

Yea I have had so much BS stuff to do its crazy. Well I wont be bombing any time soon, but I have been looking, classifieds, for some gauges to put in. Should I go with analog or Commander? Heck I dont know.

Anyone selling any? I hope to make it to Buda for the weekend, hell even the GF is excited about that.

I like the Commander, but I can see the appeal of analog as well. I personally think you get a lot more out of the Smarty than the XZT but I may be all wet on that. The only drawback on Smarty is the lack of OTF changing, but I haven't really seen the need for that anyway. I leave it on #4 all the time, towing or not, and take it easy on the launches. Can't wait for a tranny upgrade to get the most 'fun for the money' out of the Smarty.

As for the wheels, I am having them machined 'the right way' as they have already been powdercoated - don't want to mess that job up! My buddy is just backed up on some higher paying work.

Sorry for the long post as well - guess we need to GTG more frequently!
